I drew my Meep's Application- Now what?
Once you've polished up your knowledge on meep creation and are sure you've made it to the guide's standard it's time to submit it to the journal so the mods can look over it! Simply comment below with a link to the application and a mod will reply with corrections or confirmation that it is ready to be submitted to the group. Remember; Meep apps must be submitted to the DeviantArt site as deviations. No third party sites or sta.sh files!
A mod told me my application needed to be fixed, what should I do?
Don't worry! It's fine if a meep app isn't perfect right off the bat. Simply edit the original deviation to add in any needed changes and reply to the comment where you were told what needed to be fixed. Then the mod will be able to approve the corrected app or point out any additional errors. Don't be discouraged if it takes you a few tries to perfect your app! Our mod team is always willing to give additional help like redlines or example pictures to clear up any ambiguity. Just reply to their comment and ask for clarification!
I want to make more than one meep at once- Can I?
Sure, as long as you have the appropriate slots to do so! Just submit each application in its own comment so it's easier to keep track of for both yourself and our mod team!
Why hasn't my meep's app been replied to yet?
It depends! Our mods are people too and they aren't always able to check on the meep apps. It may take a few days for someone to get to your application, especially if there's a large buildup of unchecked apps! If it's been a long time since you've submitted the app or think it may have been skipped over, note the group about it so we're informed about the situation!
I have questions about the meep creation process, but I can't find the answers anywhere!
If you have a question none of our guides answer feel free to ask at our FAQ journal! We also have a very active discord server where you can talk to a mod in a more person to person manner. The link to this server can be found on our home page. Don't be scared to drop on in! It also has a channel where you can get app corrections from mods before you even submit your app to the main journal! How nice!
My meep was accepted. Now what?
Simply submit your meep app to the approved meep folder in our gallery and mods will approve it's submission as soon as they can. If it's your first meep a mod should send you a join request so you can become a full member of the group. Welcome!
